Refunds (if applicable)                                                         

You will need to fill in the form below. You be required to provide a receipt/proof of purchase, photo of product and all sections of the form must be filled in before submitting.

The item is to be returned within 14 days of receipt. Once your return is received by Australia Post and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and the next step.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days or shop credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we are unfortunately unable to offer refund or exchange on earrings and hair bows and bath bomb and personal care products.
  • Sale items, discount Code or Promotional Items
  • General wear and tear

If Damaged what to do?

Make sure you attach photos of the items you received damaged when filling in the returns form. A photo or video showing how it arrived with all the packaging etc. The issue and whether you want a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Sale | Personalised Items
Products that are on sale and purchased are final. Please choose carefully as Zwirlzy does not provide returns, refunds or exchange on the purchase of Sale Items. This includes any items purchased using a Discount Code or Promotional Items. Also, Personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged

Certain Situations Where Only Partial Refunds Are Granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer on change of mind or NOT reading the description. In certain circumstances, we may offer store credit once item/s is returned and inspected by us.

Returning Your Item:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you live local and want to drop it off you we will provide you with a day and time to do so where you can drop it off for us to inspect and decide and will notify you via email.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing postage insurance to ensure the safety of your products returning in transit and peace of mind as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Zwirlzy. so please consider using a trackable postage service or insurance to ensure the safety of your products returning in transit and peace of mind.on the delivery of your package.

Obtain proof of postage from the post office when sending your return. This is a free service. Please note that products sent without proof of postage that go missing will not be eligible for a refund.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email to the email address you’re provided on your return form you submitted confirming your refund amount and what method of refund.

Please allow up to 7 business days after your items have been received by Zwirlzy for your refund email confirmation to be sent Depending on your original form of payment method, it can take up to 7 business days for your refunded amount to apply to your account if you paid via Bank deposit, Credit card, AfterPay or Humm.

Missing Refund Or Late
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again and double-check that you have checked the right account.
Please then make contact with your credit card company or method of Payment in which you paid for your purchase as it may take some time before your refund is officially showing in your account or example of your account with AfterPay or Humm. If you’ve done all of this above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email: sales@zwirlzy.com.au

If any of these requirements mentioned all above are not met, Zwirlzy reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
