Postage | Local Pick Up Terms

Local Pickup | Kalbar QLD Only

Pickups must be collected within one week of email going out to you letting you know that your item/s is ready for you to collect at Kalbar. We do not have the storage to hold items for a long time. In the email you get from Zwirlzy you will need to reply back to the email confirming which time and day option suits your best to pick up your order. If no time/date is scheduled for pick up then the item/s will be stored for no longer than one week. If your order is not collected there will be a 15% restocking fee.

Can anyone pick up my order:

If you are local or nearby to Kalbar and sleeted in checkout to pick up your order you will need to type in who will be picking up the order (Full name) and you must bring your proof of purchase when picking up your order. 

Can I Pay On Local PickUp?

No, sorry we don’t keep any money on hand it all needs to be paid online by selecting one of the payment methods we offer in checkout.

  1. Please make sure you check both your email inbox as well as your junk box because if Zwirlzy email address is not added to your list it may go to the junk box.
  2. Did you provide the right email address when placing your order online in the checkout process? You might want to double-check you provided the right email address.

Packaging Care | Packing Your Order
We know you want to get your purchase delivered safely to you in the post in the same condition it was sent from Zwirlzy in QLD. We package orders so that it keeps your product/s safe during its delivery to your doorstep. By preventing your small or delicate product/s bouncing around or getting crushed during transit we use Wrapping and cushioning your items separately inside a box that helps items not move around so much and if they do, won’t result in damage. Finished off inside the box with Zwirlzy’s very own personal touch of pretties and coolness.

Posting Out Your Order
Zwirlzy Processing Time: usually 1-2 business days (weekends and public holidays are not business days)
depending on how busy we are or if a custom/personalised item it may be a longer wait time. We cannot take responsibility for late delivery caused by Australia Post or other freight carriers as this is outside our control.

  • Express Post: Online Tracking, 1 – 2 Business Days


Due to the Covid-19 situation, we have increased volume of online orders. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched. You may also experience longer delivery times due to other Australia Post issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events outside our control.

How Do I Track My Order?

  • Enter in your tracking number we provide you with into their tracking search box to track where your order has been scanned in and how far away it is from reaching you.
  • Viewing your tracking can sometimes take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the Australia Post website tracking once you receive your tracking number.
  • You will also receive notifications via email or text message (if your mobile phone has been provided) from Australia Post with updates on your delivery if you select that option to be notified of updates.
  • If you have an account with Zwirlzy, you can also track your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Orders.

Where Does Zwirlzy Post To?
Zwirlzy delivers Australia wide via Australia Post on business days but not on weekends or public holidays. 

  • When Will I Have My Delivery Reach Me?
    Christmas Time Orders – Due to larger volumes with Australia Post, please allow extra time for deliveries. If you are requiring orders urgently, you may want to select Express Postage options.
  • If you provide us with an incorrect address for delivery and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying for the re-delivery fee. 
  • Keep checking your tracking number on the Australia Post website for updates on the transit of your delivery
  • Please ensure someone is around to sign for your parcel or allow the authority to leave if you have selected sign on delivery.

Insurance price:

Orders up to $100 are covered with Australia Post insurance. Anything over $100 there will be an insurance fee option for you to select for $2.50 for each $100.

Sign on delivery price:

For extra peace of mind there an option to select signature on delivery for an extra $2.95
